Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned lines during service hours and ensure timely responses.
• Triage symptom-based calls and provide recommendations per protocol.
• Document care plans and coordinate with operations.
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacy and update MAR/QuickMar.
