Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 24-hour remote triage team. You’ll perform telephone triage, document in EHR, and provide clinical assessments across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Compact license (eNLC) to practice across multiple states.
• Experience with telephone triage systems preferred.
• Experience with remote patient monitoring (RPM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for multi-state triage service.
• Perform clinical assessments via telephone or patient portal.
• Document interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Support providers with medication refills, critical results, and follow-up coordination.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations; liaise with hospitals and facilities.
