Call 4 Health seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join its 24-hour medical call center as Remote Triage Nurses.

You will conduct telephone triage, document interactions in client EHR systems, and provide clinical assessments across multiple states, following established protocols.

This role offers work-from-home flexibility, HIPAA-compliant setup, and collaboration with providers, RPM programs, and care teams.

Competenze

• Active RN license (compact preferred) across applicable states.
• 2–4 years RN clinical experience, preferably in ER/Urgent Care/Adult/Pediatric care.
• Experience with telephone triage using EHR/triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.

Mansioni

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Use established triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Support providers with administrative/clinical tasks (e.g., refills, critical results).
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and post-discharge follow-up.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring programs (vital signs, education).
• Screen/qualify patients for trials and educate patients as needed.
