Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a 24-hour remote triage call center serving patients nationwide. You will perform telephone triage, document interactions in client EHRs, and provide clinical assessments with established protocols from home.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN clinical experience, prefer ER/Urgent Care or ICU backgrounds, and hold an active nursing license plus compacts. This is a remote, work-from-home role with flexible scheduling under ET.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing; active RN license.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience (ER/urgent care, ICU, etc.).
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state RN triage service.
• Triages patients using established protocols (Schmitt-Thompson).
• Document interactions accurately in client EHRs or Call 4 Health platform.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Support providers with admin and clinical tasks, including med refills and referrals.
• Coordinate post-discharge follow-ups and notifications of critical results.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring programs (vital signs, chronic disease education).
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and educate patients.
• Take on additional duties to support team success.
