Call 4 Health in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24‑hour remote triage center. This role offers flexible home-based work while supporting patients and providers nationwide.

You’ll conduct telephone triage, document patient encounters in EHRs, and deliver clinical assessments by phone or patient portal, collaborating with hospitals, clinics, and care teams.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience (ER/Urgent Care/Adult-Pediatrics/ICU)
• Prior telephone triage experience with electronic triage systems
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocols
• Support providers with referrals, prior authorization requests and clinical input
• Coordinate with hospitals, nursing homes, and government agencies as needed
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs for vital signs and patient education
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and education
