Job summary

Call 4 Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join its 24-hour remote triage team. You will conduct telephone triage, support clinical decisions, and document patient encounters in client EHR systems while coordinating care across states.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, 2–4 years of RN clinical experience, and an active e-NCL license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses is a plus. Work from a HIPAA-compliant home office.

Qualifications

• RN with 2–4 years of clinical experience and triage capability.
• Experience with telephone triage and electronic triage protocols.
• Active e-NCL license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Document interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or portal per protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks.
