Job summary

Call 4 Health is hiring a Remote Triage RN to support patients nationwide from a home-based setting. You will perform telephone triage, document in EHRs, and provide clinical assessments following established protocols.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of RN experience (ER/ICU preferred), an active ENLC license, and willingness to obtain additional state licensure. This role is remote with a flexible schedule and collaborative team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (Associate's or Bachelor’s) and active licensure.
• Active e-NCL/Enhanced Licensure Compact license.
• 2–4 years RN experience in ER/Urgent Care/Adult/Pediatric/ICU.
• Experience with telephone triage and multiple EHRs.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state nurse triage service.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal using established protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks including refills and critical results.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations; assist with RPM programs and patient education.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and provide patient education.
