Call 4 Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its 24-hour remote triage team. Work from home delivering telephone triage, EHR management, and clinical support across multiple states. The role offers flexibility and the chance to impact patient care while collaborating with providers nationwide.

Ideal candidates hold an RN degree (Assoc. or Baccalaureate), 2–4 years of full-time RN experience in acute or urgent settings, and current e-NLC/Compact licensure.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• 2-4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably in ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Active, unencumbered e-NLC / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal based on protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including medication refills and post-discharge follow-up.
