Medcor is recruiting a Remote Registered Nurse for a 24/7 Occupational Health triage call center. The role offers full-time, 40 hours per week with shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm CST and a start date of 04/27/2026. You will manage calls, document accurately, and apply triage algorithms while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Training lasts 5–6 weeks with classroom and precepting phases. You must have RN licensure, current BLS, and be able to handle long phone conversations while navigating multiple

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Able to handle a high volume of consecutive calls.
• Strong technological skills and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information.

Responsabilités

• Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from Medcor customers in a call center environment.
• Document each call efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and track productivity metrics and statistics.
• Record shift activities and ensure personal schedule adherence.
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees.
• Complete accurate assessment of symptoms and/or concerns using Medcor’s Triage Algorithms.
• Follow HIPAA Compliance Policies.
