AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Telephonic Medical Case Manager, RN to provide comprehensive remote and hybrid case management from Scottsdale, AZ or remote within Arizona.

Responsibilities include utilization review, care coordination, and collaboration with adjusters to drive appropriate medical outcomes. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license (AZ/UT, CA preferred), a BSN, and relevant case management certifications.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in AZ or UT.
• Active unrestricted RN license in CA.
• BSN from accredited college or university or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing or related specialty preferred.
• Ability to acquire and maintain professional certifications to comply with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Assess medical necessity and coordination of patient care.
• Perform utilization review activities (prospective, concurrent, retrospective).
• Document case management activities accurately in the system.
• Coordinate treatment plans with employers, providers and adjusters.
• Collaborate with adjusters to develop medical resolution strategies.
