You will engage with injured employees, providers, and employers to drive medically appropriate returns to work. The role requires an active RN license and offers hybrid work in locations including Scottsdale, AZ. The expected salary range is $66,900-$91,000, along with a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience, including two years of clinical care or case management experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management to drive medically appropriate return to work.
• Coordinate treatment plans and utilize clinical skills for patient care.
• Document case management activities accurately.
