Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is looking for a Manager, RN Branch Manager of Telephonic Case Management for Workers Compensation. This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, UT or Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will manage operations and a team of nurse case managers.

You will ensure high-quality managed care services, engage with various stakeholders, and maintain compliance with regulations. Candidates should have significant experience in nursing claims management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience overseeing a nursing claims management program.
• Five years of related case management experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-quality managed care services for medical and disability case management.
• Oversee operations within the department and ensure compliance with standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff for performance management.
