Qualifications

• Five years of related experience, including two years of direct clinical care.
• Fluent in English and preferred Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management to drive return to work.
• Coordinate treatment programs, ensuring care is medically necessary.
• Evaluate treatment and return to work plans throughout claims.

Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations

Education

Active unrestricted RN license in Arizona or Utah (California preferred)

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience
