Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in case management with leadership experience, active RN license, and CM certification or readiness to obtain within 24 months. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• National Certification in case management or ability to obtain within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the nurse case management team to deliver telephonic care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and performance metrics.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage budgets and staffing with leadership; collaborate with Zonal Director.
