The RN Auditor will evaluate medical records for denials and retrospective charges, serving as a clinical resource across revenue cycle and ensuring compliance with coding and policy guidelines.

The position is fully remote with video screens via Teams and potential onsite interviews.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• Coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, EMR systems and databases.
• Knowledge of the healthcare claim denial process.
• Understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Consult on clinical charge audits for denials review.
• Audit medical records for credentialing and compliance.
