Job summary

Pafford Medical Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Patient Care Team in a hybrid clinical/telehealth role. You will provide remote medical assistance, triage, and guidance to patients in urgent situations, coordinating care with EMS providers and hospitals.

Ideal candidates have Arkansas RN licensure, 3+ years in critical care or pre-hospital EMS, and experience with telehealth tools. The job supports 24/7 operations across multiple service areas.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in Arkansas.
• Minimum 3 years of Critical Care or pre-hospital EMS experience.
• Emergency Department experience preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS (can be obtained through Pafford education).
• 12-lead ECG interpretation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Triage and guide out-of-hospital patients via telehealth tools.
• Coordinate care with EMS crews, physicians, hospitals, and home health agencies.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record.
• Follow established protocols across multiple service areas.
