Job summary

CareMetx is seeking a Clinical Nursing Coordinator to provide call center nursing services for patients with rare or chronic disorders. You will educate patients and families on therapies under client guidelines and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with manufacturers.

The role requires active nursing licensure (RN or LPN) with 2+ years of nursing experience; Bachelor’s preferred. Remote work is possible with up to 15% travel to national trainings.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN licenses with no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience.
• Call center or telehealth nursing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document call center services for patients under client guidelines.
• Educate patients, families, and physicians on FDA-approved therapies.
• Use client-approved resources for key messaging to patients.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and provide feedback to manufacturers.
• Maintain required licenses and certifications and adapt to scheduling.
