Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Telephonic Medical Case Manager, RN, to deliver comprehensive remote case management in Texas. You will drive medically appropriate return-to-work through collaboration with injured employees, providers and employers, and may include utilization review and care coordination.

The role requires an active RN license, BSN preferred, and experience in workers' compensation or case management. Fluency in English is expected, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in the US.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certification in case management or related specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine medical necessity of patient care at all levels.
• Perform utilization review activities.
• Coordinate treatment and return-to-work plans.
• Document case management activities thoroughly.
