This hybrid role will lead a team of nurse case managers, driving best-in-class outcomes through effective medical management and return-to-work strategies. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and collaborate with physicians, claims professionals, and employers to ensure quality care and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• BSN degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• National Certification in case management (CCM) or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telephonic case management team to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
• Manage operational and administrative activities within the department.
• Coach and develop staff; manage performance and staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians, claims professionals, injured workers and employers to support safe and reasonable return-to-work.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and programs.
