Job summary

TRISTAR MANAGED CARE INC. is seeking a remote Medical Case Manager to provide telephonic case management in a workers' compensation setting. You will coordinate resources, support return-to-work goals, and communicate with claimants, employers, and providers.

Responsibilities include assessment, care coordination, and data/documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and URAC standards. This role supports multi-state operations, including Texas, and favors bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with active RN/LPN license required.
• CCM/related certifications preferred.
• Experience in workers' compensation or managed care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic outreach for assessment, and follow up for case communication and coordination.
• Assess injured workers, plan, implement, and coordinate care with providers and employers.
• Maintain regular contact with all parties to facilitate communication and develop a clinical case plan.
• Coordinate RTW activities and monitor treatment plans and billing documentation.
