Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States (compact preferred).
• BSN or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in medical case management or workers' compensation.
• 2+ years of workers' compensation case management preferred.
• National certification in case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for federal workers with injuries/illnesses.
• Develop and manage individualized case management plans.
• Monitor progress toward recovery goals and document in EMR/case system.
• Provide medical expertise and facilitate communication among parties.
