Qualifications

• Evaluate injured worker needs via telephone to guide treatment and recovery.
• Build relationships with claims examiner, client, worker, attorney, and supervisor.
• Identify barriers to timely return to work and coordinate care with providers.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing clinical assessment via telephone.
• Communicates effectively with examiner, client, injured worker, attorney, and supervisor.
• Identifies delays in recovery and problem-solves creatively to expedite care.
• Negotiates treatment and disability duration with providers per guidelines.
• Maintains privacy and adheres to ethical and regulatory standards.
