Sedgwick Government Solutions is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager (Remote) to support federal workers with occupational injuries from a home office. You will assess, coordinate care, and develop individualized case plans, while documenting progress and collaborating with a nationwide team.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 3–5 years in medical case management, capable of telehealth, EMR use, and occasional travel to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• BSN or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in medical case management or workers' compensation.
• At least 2 years of workers' compensation case management experience preferred.
• National certification in case management or related field preferred.
• Reliable home internet and established home office.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
• Pass a preliminary credit and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support federal workers with occupational injuries through timely assessment, care coordination, and ongoing case management.
• Develop and manage individualized case management plans and monitor recovery progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the case management system and facilitate team communication.
• Provide medical expertise and support integrated medical disability management services.
