Hone Health in the United States is seeking an RN Clinical Navigator to support doctors and patients, reviewing and triaging issues, and collaborating with the customer service, clinical, and operations teams to ensure the best patient experience in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

The role focuses on virtual care for hormone therapy, weight loss, thyroid concerns, and longevity medicine; requires RN license, strong communication, and the ability to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a compact state license or residency in an eligible state.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing telemedicine environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; quick to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between patients and doctors and related documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns quickly.
• Assist physicians with patient care requests and treatment planning.
• Provide clinical feedback on medications, labs, and potential side effects.
• Support physicians to resolve patient care issues promptly.
• Adhere to established protocols while seeking process improvements.
