Job summary

Lifeforce is expanding its clinical footprint and seeks a Clinical Registered Nurse to deliver on-site, high-quality care in a fast-paced settings within Ultimate Longevity Centers. You will work with physicians and health coaches to provide personalized longevity programs and hormone optimization, delivering best-in-class member experiences.

The role requires strong IV and infusion experience, GLP-1/HRT knowledge, and a collaborative, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN with active license in the state of practice.
• Experience with IV placement and infusion settings preferred.
• Knowledge of GLP-1, HRT, and statin therapies is a plus.
• OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training within 12 months preferred.
• Experience operating a countertop laminar flow hood and USP 797 familiarity is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week including weekends.
• Interest in wellness, fitness, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site clinical assessments and vital signs.
• Administer injections and on-site medications.
• Manage IVs and durations of treatments as ordered by providers.
• Educate patients on medications, side effects, and adherence.
• Document prescription updates and communicate with the clinical team.
• Maintain compliant waste handling and logs.
• Collaborate with Lifeforce team to update clinical information.
• Proactively check-in with members and escalate concerns when needed.
