Job summary

Hone Health is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Navigator to join our remote, weekend clinical team. In this role you will support doctors and patients by reviewing, triaging and elevating issues in collaboration with customer service, clinical and operations, delivering timely care in a fast-paced telemedicine environment.

Hone Health offers virtual care for hormone therapy, weight loss, thyroid concerns and longevity medicine; experience in these areas is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• RN license in compact state or eligible state
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication, autonomous and collaborative work style
• Willing to work weekends (minimum 16 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between patients and physicians and related documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns quickly
• Assist physicians to address patient care issues in a timely manner
• Provide clinical feedback on medications, labs, and adverse events with clinical operations
