Job summary

Hone Health is seeking a weekend RN Clinical Navigator to support doctors and patients with care, triage, and escalation in a remote environment. You will review communications and collaborate with the clinical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure patients have the best experience with Hone.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with telemedicine exposure, proficient with Google Workspace, and dedicated to helping patients live longer, healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with compact state license or eligible state.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
• Telemedicine experience preferred; healthcare setting with physicians/patients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; autonomous and collaborative.
• Weekend availability required (min 16 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between patients and doctors and related documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns quickly.
• Support Customer Service in handling physician-related requests for care.
• Provide clinical feedback on medications, labs, and adverse events.
• Assist physicians to ensure timely resolution of patient care issues.
• Adhere to protocols and seek process improvements for better patient experience.
