Job summary

Amerita, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Educator to drive patient transitions from hospital to home and educate referral sources and care teams on Amerita infusion services.

The role requires an active RN license in Oklahoma, 3+ years of clinical experience, and strong education and collaboration skills. This is a remote field position with travel across the Oklahoma City area and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice required.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience; infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in adult education or healthcare education preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required; ability to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train patients, caregivers, and facility staff on Amerita services and infusion therapies.
• Provide in-person and virtual patient education to promote therapy understanding and safety.
• Coordinate patient transitions from hospital to home or alternate care settings with internal teams.
• Deliver initial therapy education and support therapy initiation activities.
• Document education and clinical interactions accurately in company systems.
