Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Clinical Educator in the Asheville, NC area to guide patient transitions to home or alternate-site infusion care. You will educate patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure safe therapy initiation, independence, and continuity of care.

You will partner with SAEs, CSEs, pharmacy, and operations to enhance readiness, support growth, and deliver education, competency development, and clinical consultation across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice required.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience; infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in adult education, clinical training, or healthcare education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train, and educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on Amerita services and infusion therapies.
• Provide in-person and virtual patient education to promote safety, understanding, and independence.
• Coordinate patient transitions from hospital to home or alternate-site care with facility staff and internal teams.
• Deliver clinical education programs and onboarding for field sales and clinical staff.
