• Ensure clinical care and quality assurance across the region.
• Lead hiring, development, performance reviews, and discipline of staff.
• Coordinate nursing activities with Pharmacy and outside agencies.
• Support sales by discussing clinical services and programs.
• Develop and present in-services to referral sources.
