Job summary
Amerita, Inc. is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations for a multi-site region in Oklahoma City. The role reports to the Regional Director and oversees staffing, scheduling, and quality of care for infusion patients.
You will drive clinical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with pharmacy and partner agencies to coordinate patient care; on-call coverage and travel within the region are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current nursing license in applicable states.
- 3–5 years of nursing management experience.
- 3–5 years in home infusion/home health.
- Extensive IV therapy experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work on-call.
Responsibilities
- Oversee regional nursing operations, staffing, scheduling and labor costs.
- Ensure clinical care quality and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee hiring, competency development and performance management.
- Coordinate nursing activities with pharmacy and outside agencies.
- Provide patient care supervision and IV therapy oversight.
- Maintain 24/7 on-call nursing coverage and on-call scheduling.
- Support sales by discussing clinical services and programs.
- Develop and present in-services to referral sources.
