Qualifications

• Must reside in Illinois.
• Willing to travel 50-75% from home in/around Chicago/South Side, IL; mileage reimbursed.
• Minimum 3-5 years clinical practical experience.
• Confident working at home and collaborating virtually.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and some proprietary applications.
