You will schedule appointments, assist with benefits access, and use care management tools to support members while traveling up to 75% from home near West Side/Chicago and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Illinois.
• Willing to travel up to 75% from home location in and around West side/Chicago and Surrounding areas.
• Minimum 3-5 years clinical practical experience.
• Confident working at home and able to collaborate virtually.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and proprietary applications.
