Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking an RN Care Manager in Wisconsin to coordinate care for Family Care members, with no night or weekend shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will report to the Manager of Care Coaching and provide essential care coordination, support, and education to members in Rock and Jefferson counties.

This role requires an Associate degree in nursing and an active Wisconsin RN license; travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin in good standing is required.
