Job summary

Eterna Primary Care is seeking a part-time Call Center Nurse/Agent to be the first point of contact for patients, families, SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, pharmacies, and providers. You will manage high-volume calls, document in EMR, and triage requests with a patient-first approach.

Hybrid role with onsite at the support center or remote options; evening/night shifts, 1–3 weekends per month, and some travel for company meetings. RN or LPN licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; RN/LPN preferred license.
• Experience in call center or care coordination settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and compassion.
• Document interactions accurately in the EMR and coordinate with medical staff.
• Triaging requests and coordinating with providers to ensure timely patient care.
