Job summary

UVA Health in Charlottesville seeks an RN Care Coordinator to guide patients through the interventional endoscopy continuum, from planning and education to testing, treatment, and follow-up. You will partner with an Interventional Endoscopy provider and collaborate with Access staff and clinical teams to keep complex care plans moving forward.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with in-person procedures; remote work may be available on days without procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of registered nursing experience required; 3 years strongly preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia; BLS by AHA required.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through interventional endoscopy care from planning to follow-up.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, tests, and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and preparation requirements.
