Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of RN experience required, 3 years strongly preferred.
• Virginia RN license and AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for cardiovascular patients from referral through recovery.
• Partner with surgeons and nurses to support clinical and workflow needs.
• Review referrals, plan care, and guide patients through pathways.
• Coordinate pre-surgical testing and documentation for surgery readiness.
• Support post-operative follow-up and continuity of care.
• Utilize telehealth to enhance patient access.
