Job summary

Color is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering guideline-based, physician-led care across the United States. The role focuses on triage, education, and care coordination via telehealth, with emphasis on cancer screening, risk assessment, and prevention.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, active RN license, and 7+ years in nursing (primary care with follow-up). Multistate licensure and ambulatory care experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license active.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, education, and care coordination via phone and async messaging.
• Conduct needs assessments and telehealth visits.
• Coordinate follow-up care and escalations as needed.
• Educate patients on next steps after abnormal results and ensure timely follow-up.
• Document encounters thoroughly in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and care advocates.
