Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses as required.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workers’ Compensation indemnity claims with care and precision.
• Oversee complex claim issues including litigation management and lien resolution.
• Maintain claim diaries, update reserves, and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal teams, pursue subrogation opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
