Qualifications

• Five years of experience in data analytics or software development, including three years in a health plan setting.
• In-depth risk adjustment and/or HEDIS experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and SAS/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and guide process improvements for risk adjustment.
• Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for risk scores.
• Maximise risk adjustment revenue by driving data integration.
