Qualifications

• 3+ years leading risk adjustment analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/ACA/Medicaid risk adjustment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Proven ability to coach junior and senior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the day‑to‑day work of your direct reports with director guidance.
• Coach and develop analysts, guiding accuracy and delivery.
• Develop relationships with customer success and operations teams.
• Create internal/external content and train the team on industry trends.
• Develop analytics processes that maximize efficiency with high integrity.
