Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for RIS and healthcare IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Coordinate projects and act as primary contact for customer communication.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Engineering, and PM teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor support queues and assign tickets to appropriate teams.
• Maintain detailed incident records in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT policies and standards.
