Job summary

ORC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of utility right of way projects. The role focuses on aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards while guiding project managers and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will own forecasting, reporting, and risk management, ensuring delivery standards and processes across the program. Travel is minimal and the position offers remote work with state-based residency flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of right of way experience with leadership across multiple projects or programs.
• Experience directing project managers or large delivery teams.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite—Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct a program of related utility right of way projects — aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards across the portfolio
• Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities across projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent communication and building strong, long-term relationships through consistent engagement and day-to-day partnership.
• Own program-level reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, tools, and processes
• Manage program risks and escalations before they reach the client
• Partner with leadership on staffing plans and growth for the program
