ORC is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to lead right of way projects from kickoff to closeout. This remote role requires residence in OH, MI, PA, WV, KY, or IN, with travel up to 25% locally.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating a 5+ person team and serving as the primary client contact. The role emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and long‑term growth within a dynamic infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading complex utility/right-of-way projects.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients from kickoff through closeout.
• Direct and support a project team of 5+ members, balancing workloads and removing roadblocks.
• Serve as primary client contact, delivering clear status reporting and building relationships.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Ensure work adheres to guidelines, client requirements, and regulations.
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development opportunities.
