Job summary

ORC is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to oversee right of way projects for utility clients. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout while leading a team.

This role requires coordinating with clients, landowners, and stakeholders; you will manage financials, staffing, and compliance, with travel less than 25% and option to work remotely from PA.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Dropbox, Outlook).
• Smartphone with iOS or Android to access ORC systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients—owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout
• Direct and support a project team of at least 5 members, balancing workloads and removing roadblocks
• Serve as primary client contact, delivering clear status reporting and building relationships
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans
• Ensure all work complies with guidelines, client requirements, and regulations
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development for new work
