Gray Hawk Land Solutions is seeking a Document Specialist for a remote role. The ideal candidate will manage ROW documents, easements, and land records with strong MS Office skills.

You must be organized, able to work independently, and handle a variety of duties from line list creation to data entry and reporting. Five years of ROW experience are required, along with the ability to prioritize timelines and maintain accurate records in client systems.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of preparing and processing ROW easement documents on ROW projects.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong data entry and proofreading skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work under tight timelines.
• Experience maintaining organized hard copy and electronic records.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and maintain ROW documents including easements, deeds, and land records.
• Create system line lists and perform in-house ROW/title searches.
• Scan documents into client systems and add metadata.
• Proofread reports and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
