The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, system configuration, and performance optimization in dynamic environments.

Ideal candidates will have experience with LMR and RF networks, strong IT networking knowledge, and a proven ability to work in high-stress settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, or related communications fields.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Employer sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and optimization for RF and broadband systems.
• Document configurations, tests, and results; perform preventative maintenance.
• Develop solutions for complex technical challenges encountered during deployments or support.
• Submit comprehensive weekly activity and accomplishment reports.
