Job summary

C Squared Systems is seeking an experienced RF Engineer II to join our team in Auburn, NH. You will design, analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot wireless networks and RF systems for commercial cellular and public safety environments, balancing office work with field assignments.

Responsibilities include RF coverage modeling, testing with spectrum analyzers and scanners, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with customers and internal engineers to deliver robust RF solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF engineering or wireless networks.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, propagation, modulation, and antenna systems.
• Experience with RF propagation modeling software such as Atoll, Planet, Pathloss or similar.
• Experience with GIS software like MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical report writing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot wireless networks and RF systems.
• Perform RF coverage and capacity analysis using modeling tools and field measurements.
• Conduct RF testing on 5G NR, LTE, and public safety/LMR systems with RF test equipment.
• Provide RF engineering support for zoning and permitting activities.
• Perform RF exposure evaluations, measurements, and regulatory studies.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate project status to customers.
