Job summary

FOSSA is seeking a RevOps Generalist contractor to own the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce administration, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll design and streamline revenue processes, align marketing, sales, CS, and Finance, and produce actionable insights to drive growth.

You’ll operate across the technical, analytical, and cross-functional domains, balancing hands-on configuration with strategic planning in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce administration including flows, automations, security models and reporting.
• Strong revenue operations background with forecasting, pipeline management and KPI analysis.
• Experience designing GTM tech stack integrations with focus on data cleanliness and adoption.
• Proven ability to build dashboards/reports in Salesforce or BI tools.
• Experience supporting quoting, deal desk, or CPQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack across Salesforce and connected tools for sales, marketing, and CS.
• Build forecasting models, dashboards, and pipeline reporting for leadership.
• Map and improve end-to-end funnel and handoffs between marketing, sales, and CS.
• Support quota, capacity modeling, and planning cadences.
• Collaborate with Finance and GTM teams to align goals and metrics.
