DrFirst is seeking a RevOps System Administrator in the United States to support our growing Revenue Operations function. You will administer and optimize Hubspot, Salesforce, Planhat, and related tools across the lead-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure data-driven decisions, maintain data quality, and continuously improve RevOps infrastructure. This is a highly visible role with significant impact as the team matures.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on experience administering Salesforce and/or other CRM/RevOps platforms.
• Experience with integrated tech stacks and data quality initiatives.
• Ability to troubleshoot sync issues across platforms.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ownership mentality and support across multiple departments.
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus; Planhat/HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and configure RevOps platforms (Salesforce, Planhat) and related tools.
• Manage user accounts, permission sets, roles, and access.
• Maintain integrations and data sync across systems.
• Lead data quality initiatives and source of truth documentation.
• Build reports and dashboards for stakeholders; translate requirements into visuals.
• Create comprehensive system documentation and SOPs.
• Provide responsive troubleshooting and end-user training.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and IT.
• Monitor performance and stay current with platform releases and best practices.
